RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we can not offer refunds. This does not apply to any club items that are ordered in advance. The 30 days applies after the customer receives the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will happily refund the full purchase price and original price you paid for shipping to get the item to you, if the item is found to be faulty. Please contact us via email before returning any items you are not satisfied with.
We can not refund the following items or for the following reasons:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable pdf. patterns
- You change your mind
- Accessories (knitting needles etc) are exchangeable or refundable only if found faulty due to a manufacturing defect. We will happily exchange or refund on evidence of a photograph however if you sat on and broke, cut, or the dog chewed your needles, then the item is not considered faulty due to manufacturing.
- The colour is not exactly what shows on your monitor or screen due to the difference in screen settings and devices. We take every precaution to display the colour as closely as possible to the item.
- Joins in skeins of yarn. These are a by-product of manufacturing yarn at the mill and are never due to us joining the yarn while dyeing. Industry standards state that up to 3 joins are allowable per 100 gram skein, however we are careful to choose our wool mill distributors for the quality of their yarns and any joins in most yarns are rare because, as crafters ourselves, we know how annoying this can be.
